Inclusion Criteria
Preterm infants < 30 weeks gestation
Exclusion Criteria
Infants born with congenital abnormalities.
Maternal intention to formula feed.
Living outside the metropolitan area (if this results in the infant being unable to attend the term follow-up assessment).
