- •Adult(>19 and =19 years)
- •Patients undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery
- •Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I,II,III : healthy patients (I), controlled hypertension and diabetes, uncontrolled systemic disease including uncontrolled diabetes (III)
排除标准
- •American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status IV, V
- •Children under 18 years old
- •Adults more than 70 years old
- •Coagulopathy
- •Unstable cardiac disease, congestive heart disease, cardiomyopathy
- •cerebrovascular disease,
- •Systemic Infection, infection on skin at block site
- •chronic pain disorder
- •neural deficit, neuropathy affecting the brachial plexus
- •Patient refusal
- •Allergy to experimental drugs
