- •1.women with singleton pregnancy undergoing elective or emergency cesarean section with greater than or equal to 37 weeks of gestation .
- •2. Not hypersensitive to oxytocin or carbetocin
排除标准
- •1.women with multiple gestation ,morbidly adherent placenta
- •2. women undergoing cesarean section with general anaesthesia
- •3.thromboembolic disorder , coagulation defect
