(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis in the 2010 Guidelines for the Diagnosis, Treatment and Rehabilitation of Cervical Spondylosis;
(2) Patients aged 18-65 years old; gender is not limited;
(3) No other serious diseases;
(4) Signed the informed consent.
(1) Patients who have poor compliance and cannot successfully complete the experiment, or who receive other treatments during the experiment;
