入选标准
- •Adult patients, aged 19-75 years, with a BMI of 30 kg/m2 or more undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery for more than 1 hour under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •airway deformity,
- •lung disease,
- •people with serious cardiovascular disease,
- •Preoperative chest X-ray abnormal findings (eg atelectasis, pneumonia, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, etc.)
