- •seminomatous germ cell tumor
- •1. Initial diagnosis with clinical stage IIA/B
- •2. relapsing clinical stage I during active surveillance
- •3. relapsing clinical stage I after 1 cycle of Carboplatin chemotherapy
- •adult patient who is capable of giving consent and is able to communicate
排除标准
- •clinical Stage IIC
- •Status post scrotal/retroperitoneal surgery except for testicular cancer
- •Status post chemotherapy other then mentioned
- •Status post radiotherapy of the retroperitoneum
- •psychological disease
- •language problems
- •life-threatening situation of the patient
