1. Patients are 18 to 70 years of age with a diagnosis of migraine according to western and TCM criteria, and had experienced 2 times per month in the past 3 months;
2. No preventive drugs were used before the attack, and no other traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine was used during the attack;
3. All patients participating to the clinical trial are voluntary and provide the written informed consent.
1. Pregnant or nursing women;
2. Patients do not conform to the diagnosis of migraine according to the western and TCM criteria;
3. Patients suffer from other diseases, such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, cancers or mental diseases;
4. Headache is one of the symptoms of other diseases, such as hypertension, post-traumatic brain syndrome and organic lesions in the brain, poisoning, or systemic disease;
5. Preventive drugs were used before the attack, or other traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine was used during the attack.
