Inclusion Criteria

Be over 45 years of age,
Have a HADS score > 8,
Have a PHQ-9 score > 10,
Have a diagnosis of COPD
Living in the community
Able to speak and understand English

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who commenced anti-depressants and/or anxiolytics in the past 3 months or have had a clinically significant change in this medication in the last 3 months;
Deafness.
