All patients in whom from 2012 to 2016 in the department of pain medicine Bergmannheils
a. a confirmed diagnosis of CRPS of the upper or lower extremity based on validated criteria (Budapest criteria and scintigraphy) are available, or a secured exclusion of a CRPS and a backup of an alternative diagnosis after a comparable trauma,
b. a medical examination with sufficient documentation was carried out for the diagnosis of important clinical and radiological findings in Bochum (exclusion of pure counseling cases),
c. there is an oral consent.
Lack of readiness and lack of accessibility, as well as cognitive restrictions that make a telephone interview does not make sense.
