Inclusion Criteria

All patients in whom from 2012 to 2016 in the department of pain medicine Bergmannheils

a. a confirmed diagnosis of CRPS of the upper or lower extremity based on validated criteria (Budapest criteria and scintigraphy) are available, or a secured exclusion of a CRPS and a backup of an alternative diagnosis after a comparable trauma,

b. a medical examination with sufficient documentation was carried out for the diagnosis of important clinical and radiological findings in Bochum (exclusion of pure counseling cases),
c. there is an oral consent.

Exclusion Criteria

Lack of readiness and lack of accessibility, as well as cognitive restrictions that make a telephone interview does not make sense.

Functionality of the hand or the foot in professional and everyday activities, as well as the regaining of a working / professional ability or the possibility of an adequate everyday life, as well as the social situation by questionnaire 1-5 years after the start of therapy. In addition, the influence of o.g. Risk factors tested against the above mentioned target criteria
