入选标准
- •Regular menstrual cycle, which comes in an interval of 21 to 35 days.
- •Self-reported Premenstrual symptoms as per ACOG Criteria for more than 3 months.
- •Self-reported impairment of occupational, family or personal functioning.
- •Patients willing to participate in trial
排除标准
- •Females â?? Age <18 and >40 years
- •Hb% <= 7gm%
- •Patients suffering from any systemic and mental illnesses.
- •Concomitant psychotherapy
- •Pelvic inflammatory disease
- •Lactating mothers
- •Patient suffering from diseases like hypertension, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism,
- •uncontrolled DM.
- •Patient with concurrent use of hormones, oral contraceptive pills, calcium and vitamin
- •supplements.
