Regular menstrual cycle, which comes in an interval of 21 to 35 days.
Self-reported Premenstrual symptoms as per ACOG Criteria for more than 3 months.
Self-reported impairment of occupational, family or personal functioning.
Patients willing to participate in trial
Hb% >7gm%
Females â?? Age <18 and >40 years
Hb% <= 7gm%
Patients suffering from any systemic and mental illnesses.
Concomitant psychotherapy
Pelvic inflammatory disease
Lactating mothers
Patient suffering from diseases like hypertension, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism,
uncontrolled DM.
Patient with concurrent use of hormones, oral contraceptive pills, calcium and vitamin
supplements.
