Post-operative duration of the recent cataract surgery > 3 mo
Uneventful cataract surgery
Best corrected distance visual acuity better or equal to 20/40 in either eye
Intolerance to glasses and trial frames set
Unstable IOLs
Distort pupil or Non-reactive pupil, Pupil size asymmetry ≥ 1 mm
Strabismus that prevent accommodation
Optical media opacity e.g., corneal scar, PCO
Other disease affecting corneal regular astigmatism > 3 diopter, irregular astigmatism, e.g., keratoconus, pellucid marginal degeneration, post-penetrating keratoplasty, advanced pterygium
Any previous refractive surgery including LASIK, PRK
Ocular surface disease that may affect the visual acuity
Any retinal diseases
Thai illegibility
Saccade disability
Oblique astigmatism of manifested refractive error
