Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients diagnosed as a case of fistula in ano viz.single tract and low anal fistula
- •Both male and female patients
- •Age group 20\-70 yrs.
- •Fistulous Track of up to 6 cm length
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with fistula having multiple external openings High anal fistula
- •Patients diagnosed with Crohns disease
- •Patients with Ulcerative colitis
- •Patients with Rectal prolapse
- •Patients diagnosed with Ca of rectum
- •HIV positive patient
- •HbsAg positive patient
- •Patients having other concurrent diseases of ano rectum like hemorrhoid fissure
