- •Patients of female sex.
- •Patients with amenorrhoea/oligomenorrhoea after 3 years from puberty.
- •Patients who fulfil the Rotterdam criteria.

- •Patients of age group below 13 and above 17.
- •Male patients.
- •Patients with other hormonal or metabolic disorders.
- •Patients with amenorrhoea/oligomenorrhoea before 3 years since puberty.
