入选标准
- •All participants have to be at least 18 years old.
- •- Sclerosis multiple diagnose according to the McDonald criteria
- •- Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS 1.0- 5.5) for sclerosis multiple patients
- •- Problems with balance during standing and walking in combination with daily activities
- •- Reduced walking endurance because of balance deficits and/or dizziness
- •-30 seconds of bipolar standing with open eyes and free walking during 3 minutes or 100 meters.
排除标准
- •- Orthopedic lesion reducing mobility at the upper extremity and trunk as well as pain in this region leading to functional deficits.
- •- Cardiovascular diseases occurring with dizziness. An orthostatic vertigo is allowed if it disappears after 1 minute.
- •- Other neurologic or systemic disease added to sclerosis multiple with one has an influence on cognition, perception and motion.
- •- Acute optic neuritis or visual worsening during the last three months.
- •- Storage vertigo
- •- Cortisone therapy in the last 3 Months as well as a new prescription of dizziness or tiredness provoking medication.
- •- Patients diagnosed with cognitive deficits, depression or dementia (visible in the assessment curried out by the neurologists) with communication deficits.
