Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients presenting with a classical picture of Vataadhikya vatarakta will be selected irrespective of caste, religion and profession.
2. Patients who are Basti-Yogya.
3. Patients within the age group of 18-60 years.
4. Anti SS-A and Anti SS-B will be positive.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients aged below 18 years and more than 60 yrs.
2. Pregnant and lactating women.
3. A patient who is contraindicated for Basti.
4. Patient with chronic systematic illness (cardiac failure, cirrhosis of the liver, hypertension).
5. Patient with fissure, fistula in ano and Hemorrhoids.

Name Time Method To assess the efficacy of Yashtimadhuadi kala Basti in vataadhikya vatarakta. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Duration of the treatment: There will be 2 cycles of 16 days. <br/ ><br>Route of administration: Anal Route <br/ ><br>Dose: Asthapana basti - 12 prasritika <br/ ><br>Anuvasana basti - 6 pala <br/ ><br>Follow up: After 1st cycle on 16th day and 32nd day; after second cycle 48th day and 55th day. <br/ ><br>
