Inclusion Criteria
men and women aged 20-59 y; no medical history of acute or chronic diseases; and average daily consumption of water ranged from =500 to =2500 m
Exclusion Criteria
consumption of beverages including coffee, tea, soft drinks and alcohol >500 mL per a day; consumption of alcohol containing beverages >2 days per week; regular use of antioxidant supplements including vitamins and minerals within last 3 months; and habits of smoking or strenuous exercise.
