Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Signed written informed consent;
- •2\. According to the definition of diagnostic criteria, STEMI was diagnosed;
- •3\. Aged 18\-70 years;
- •4\. Single vessel lesion;
- •5\. Emergency PCI was performed within 6 hours after chest pain, and the blood flow recovered to TIMI 3;
- •6\. There was no new or recurrent chest pain, no obvious signs of decompensation of heart failure, no new arrhythmia or ECG changes within 8 hours before the investigation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
- •2\. Postoperative complications such as bleeding, embolism, hemodynamic changes, arrhythmia and heart failure occurred;
- •3\. Any situation (such as mental disorder) that the researchers think can significantly limit the completion of in\-hospital exercise rehabilitation patients and can not complete the discharge follow\-up;
- •4\. Severe comorbid diseases that may limit short\-term (6 months) life expectancy have emerged.
