Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Signed written informed consent;
  • 2\. According to the definition of diagnostic criteria, STEMI was diagnosed;
  • 3\. Aged 18\-70 years;
  • 4\. Single vessel lesion;
  • 5\. Emergency PCI was performed within 6 hours after chest pain, and the blood flow recovered to TIMI 3;
  • 6\. There was no new or recurrent chest pain, no obvious signs of decompensation of heart failure, no new arrhythmia or ECG changes within 8 hours before the investigation.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
  • 2\. Postoperative complications such as bleeding, embolism, hemodynamic changes, arrhythmia and heart failure occurred;
  • 3\. Any situation (such as mental disorder) that the researchers think can significantly limit the completion of in\-hospital exercise rehabilitation patients and can not complete the discharge follow\-up;
  • 4\. Severe comorbid diseases that may limit short\-term (6 months) life expectancy have emerged.
