入选标准
- •1) Adults aged 19 and over
- •2) If the following criteria apply
- •- Those who have not taken diabetes treatment
- •- Fasting venous blood plasma glucose concentration of 100 ~ 125mg / dL
- •- Those with HbA1C of 5.7-6.4
- •- Those who fully understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate
排除标准
- •1) patients with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, or type 2 diabetes
- •2) Those who are taking medication that can have a significant effect on blood glucose control within 1 month
- •3) Patients with the following underlying diseases: uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure> 160 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure> 100 mmHg even after taking hypertension medication), malignancy, tuberculosis, asthma, glaucoma, depression with psychotic symptoms, bipolar affective disorder , Schizophrenia, dementia, liver function value 3 times or more normal value, renal function 1.5 times or more in normal range
- •4) Anyone who is pregnant, is breastfeeding or has a pregnancy plan
- •5) Daily drinking or smoker more than 1pack per day
- •6) Those who have an irritable reaction to the test product
- •7) Those who are at risk of serious drug interactions due to concomitant medication
- •8) Those who have contraindications for taking medication or medicine mentally
- •9) Those who can not participate in the legally
- •10) If there is a possibility of non-cooperative attitude in this human body test, or if it is judged by the researcher
