1)Increased serum uric acid level more than 7mg/dL in male, more than 6mg/dL in female.
2 Age group between 20-60 years.
3)Patients will be selected irrespective of sex, religion, occupation, habitat etc.
4)Patients fit for Basti karma.
5)Sign and Symptoms of Vatarakta.
1)Patients of Vatarakta with any chronic systemic disorder which interferes with the present study.
2)Patients of Vatarakta having any severe arthritic condition.
3)Patients with long standing use of corticosteroids.
4)Patients having serious systemic disorders (like chronic heart diseases, chronic renal disorders).
5)Patients with autoimmune diseases.
6)Patients with serious medical illness and psychiatric disorder.
7)Pregnant female and lactating mothers.
