入选标准
- •Participants with clinical and radiological features suggestive of malignant middle cerebral artery infarct (infarct involving >50 % of middle cerebral artery territory or presence of midline shift >5mm on plain CT scan or fall in admission GCS by 1 point) who undergo decompressive craniectomy within 48 hours of ictus.
排除标准
- •1.Participants with deranged renal parameters and history of radiocontrast allergy
- •2.Participants who are unfit for surgery.
- •3.Participants who are pregnant.
- •4.Participants with previous history of stroke.
- •5.Participants with intracerebral hemorrhage on initial CT scan.
