ASA 1,2,3
1.Patients with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus
2.Obese patients
3.Patients with dyspepsia/Gastro esophageal reflux disease
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who refuse
2.Pregnancy
3.Morbid obese
4.Patients with major cardiopulmonary issues and unable to lie supine.
