Inclusion Criteria

  • •aged 20-64 years
  • •living in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba
  • •workers full-time, day shift, working Monday-Friday
  • •eating lunch habitually
  • •less than 25 points of the "Epicurean tendency" scale

Exclusion Criteria

  • •under 20 years old, over 65 years old
  • •address outside Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba
  • •not working, working at night, working on weekends
  • •not eating lunch habitually
  • •more than 25 points of the "Epicurean tendency" scale
