Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 18-65 years old
2. Native kidney biopsy
3. Duration from The patient's accommodation to hospital within 2 hours
4. Performed inform consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Prolonged coagulogram
2. Platelet =/< 100,000/mm3
3. Hemoglobin < 10 g/d
4. Serum creatinine >= 2 mg/dL
5. Body mass index >= 35 kg/m2
6. The patient who was prescribed antiplatelet or anticoagulolant
