Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • a) Patient giving their consent to be a volunteer in the proposed study.
  • b) Histologically proven Squamous Cell Carcinoma of oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx and larynx.
  • c) Stage II \- IV by AJCC Cancer Staging Manual Eight Edition, 2017
  • d) Age mention 18 years and less than 75 years.
  • e) Both males and females patients.
  • f) Treatment will be started after 15 days completing Radiotherapy.

Exclusion Criteria

  • a) Any pre\-existing diagnosed neurological condition.
  • b) Distant metastases
  • c) Previously surgery for malignancy in the head and neck region
  • d) The existence of synchronous multiple malignancies (not leukoplakia) or previous history of cancer
