Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a) Patient giving their consent to be a volunteer in the proposed study.
- •b) Histologically proven Squamous Cell Carcinoma of oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx and larynx.
- •c) Stage II \- IV by AJCC Cancer Staging Manual Eight Edition, 2017
- •d) Age mention 18 years and less than 75 years.
- •e) Both males and females patients.
- •f) Treatment will be started after 15 days completing Radiotherapy.
Exclusion Criteria
- •a) Any pre\-existing diagnosed neurological condition.
- •b) Distant metastases
- •c) Previously surgery for malignancy in the head and neck region
- •d) The existence of synchronous multiple malignancies (not leukoplakia) or previous history of cancer
