Inclusion Criteria
1. healthy older adults age 60 or more, 2. understand Thai language
Exclusion Criteria
1. Older adults with neuromuscular disease, 2. Older adults with cognitive impairment or disease which affect strength of lip-seal, 3. Under treating with injury on face, 4. Have problem with temporomandibular joint and unable to close or open mouth, 5. Anterior edentulous area without denture, 6. Have severe anterior mobility teeth, 7. Cleft lip or palate, 8. Oral hypofunction with 3 or more (within 7 aspects)
