Adults over 18 years of age who are hospitalized in nursing hospitals and have understood the purpose of the study and accepted participation in the study
1) A person who cannot measure the Short Confusion Assessment Methods (S-CAM) due to severe vision and hearing problems.
2) A person who has been diagnosed with a serious psychiatric or neurological disorder
3) A person who died or was transferred on the day of hospitalization
4) A person who is receiving emergency treatment at the time of the examination of the network or who is unable to measure or mediate S-CAM due to hospital conditions
