Football players competing at lower levels such as college and inter-college competitions who do not indulge in regular football specific training
- Not participated in any type of regular physical training for the last 2 years.
- Hamstring tightness i.e. deficit of 30º from full knee extension with the hip at 90º.
- Elite athletes
- LBP or a history of lower extremity injuries that required treatment or that might have inhibited performance in last 12 months.
- Undergone lumbar spine or any lower extremity surgery in the last 6 months.
- Individuals who do not give consent.
