- •Age 1month to 18 years patients
- •â??Requiring IV fluids bolus for hypo-perfusion and/or hypotension as per discretion of treating clinician at admission or within 48 hours of admission
- •â??Patients requiring IV maintenance fluids.
排除标准
- •All the patients
- •â??With burns, following liver transplant surgery.
- •â??Preexisting electrolyte abnormality or requirement of dialysis.
- •â??Diabetic ketoacidosis.
- •â??Congenital or acquired cardiac disease.
- •â??Known acute or chronic renal disease.
- •â??On diuretics or carbonic anhydrase inhibitors
- •â??Admitted on vasoactive drugs

Balanced crystalloids versus balanced colloids within a goal-directed hemodynamic protocol in patients undergoing gynaecological tumor resection.Balancierte Kristalloide versus balancierte Kolloide im Rahmen eines zielgerichteten Hämodynamik-Protokolls bei Patientinnen zur gynäkologischen TumoroperatioThe drugs Jonsteril and Volulyte6% will be investigated in female patients undergoing a tumor reduction operation. The study population will be female patients with metastatic ovarian carcinoma.
