Individuals aged 19-60 years with chronic nonspecific low back pain who are currently using a smartphone and do not have other types of chronic pain and acute or chronic conditions will be included.
Those who are pregnant or plan to have a baby within 6 months, currently practicing yoga or 150 minutes+ of moderate intensity exercise, not using an Android smartphone, and having red flags for low back pain, including genitourinary symptoms, immunocompromise, trauma, such as vertebral fractures, and malignancy will be excluded.
