Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age range from 18 to 30 years, fasting glucose level 100\-125 mg/dL, BMI \> 30 kg/m2, not participating in regular physical activity in the last six months, absence of cardiovascular, metabolic and endocrine diseases, and absence of consumption Drugs and alcohol
Exclusion Criteria
- •Lack of regular attendance in training, inflammatory and severe diseases, possible injuries, personal problems
