Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with head neck cancer of oral cavity, larynx, hypopharynx, oropharynx.
  • •2\. Age \> 60 years
  • •3\. Patient able to comprehend the test procedure \& perform the test requirements
  • •4\. Willing to give written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Unstable Angina or recent (within the last 3 months) myocardial infarction, Uncontrolled arrhythmias, persistent uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure \>180â??mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure \>110â??mm Hg).
  • •2\. Recent (within the last 3 months) stroke or transient is chaemic attack.
  • •3\. Patient with severe visual impairment i.e Visual acuity of less than 3 / 60 with a full visual field with the help of corrective glasses.
  • •4\. Unable to mobilize independently (with /without walking aids)due to severe joint issues (eg osteoarthritis) or giddiness / generalized weakness/vertigo
  • •5\. Patients taking treatment outside TMH
