patients will be diagnosed with psoriasis with the help of presence of signs and symptoms like scaling(dalana),itching(kandu),erythema (krusna aruna varna),loss of perspiration (asvedanam),dryness(rukshta),auspitz sign,candle grease sign,koebners phenomenon
1.Pregnant or lactating females.
2.Patients who have taken medicine of corticosteroid drugs or immune-suppressants or other biological medicines within last 6 months.
3.Known case of diseases like AIDS, STD, TB, heart diseases and other disorders which lead to fetal condition for the patients.
4.Patients having diabetes mellitus.
5.Other concomitant skin disease occurring with allergic reaction of any other disease.

Name Time Method To observe and find out changes in signs and symptoms of the psoriasis after the oral administration of khadirastaka kwatha and local application of manjisthadi taila.Timepoint: 2 weeks

Name Time Method 1.To evaluate the changes in PASI index in the patients of psoriasis. <br/ ><br>2.To find out the improvement in quality of life through changes in DLQI in the patients of psoriasis. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 8 weeks
