Inclusion Criteria
Subjects who are fit for basti karma after proper evaluation
Subjects with controlled diabetes mellitus type 2 (HbA1c upto 7.0gm%)
Subjects with controlled hypertension(BP 140/90mm hg)
Subjects with obesity with class 1 category( BMI 34.9)
Subjects with janusandhigata vata with chronicity less than 10 year.
Exclusion Criteria
Subjcets with any congenital bony deformity.
Subjcets of amavata, vatarakta, janu sandhigata vata due to abhigata.
Janu sandhigata vata secondary to endocrine dysfunction.
Subjcets with diabetes mellitus type 1.
