Inclusion Criteria
Subjects undergoing transvenous ICD or pacemaker implantation
Exclusion Criteria
1. Prior shoulder injury or surgery
2. Mastectomy on affected side
3. Cerebrovascular accident with ipsilateral arm involvement
4. Subjects who would not be able to come in for follow-up visits at one-month interval will also be excluded.
