1.Both male and female participants aged between 40-60 years.
2.According to Kallgren and Lawrence classification knee osteoarthritis with grade 1 and 2 diagnosed in X-ray.
3.Unilateral knee Osteoarthritis.
4.Stiffness < 30mins.
1.Grade 3 and 4 of osteoarthritis according to Kallgren and Lawrence classification
2.Patient having Superficial & Deep Sensory impairments.
3.Patients suffering from systemic illness like cardiac diseases
4.Current participation in another OA intervention study.
5.Physical disabilities that are severe (i.e., not able to walk even with a walking aid).
6.Patients not willing to participate in the study.
