Inclusion Criteria
- •Nulliparous women
- •Pregnancy age 20\-29 weeks at the start of self\-compassion training
- •Pregnancy age 42\-38 weeks at delivery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Use of psychotropic or neurology drugs
- •History of infertility
- •Fetal anomaly diagnosis
