Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals with trapezius trigger point. 2\. Duration of pain \> 1 month. 3\. Individuals aging between 18\-40yrs.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Traumatic neck injury. 2\. Cervical radiculopathy. 3\. Cardiac conditions. 4\. Any spinal deformities. 5\. Dermatitis.
