1.Women with normal menstrual cycle with dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain)
2.Women in age between 18-35 years
3.Menstrual pain higher than 4 according to NRS (Numeric Rating Scale)
3.Have primary dysmenorrhoea (self-reported pain) during the majority of the
menstrual cycles in the past three months.
1.Age less than 18 and more than 35 years
2. Mild or infrequent dysmenorrhoea (less than 1 out of 3 three cycles)
3.Irregular or infrequent menstrual cycles (usually outside of the typical range of a 21 to 35 day cycle).
4.Women with Gastrointestinal, urogynecological, autoimmune, psychiatric diseases, other chronic pain syndromes, childbirth, positive pregnancy test, those who use intrauterine devices, those who have had pelvic surgery.
5.Women with hormonal therapy.
6.Women performing any other exercises & sports.
