- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary outcomes are consumption of trained and untrained foods and craving for those foods. These are measured via self-report on sliders ranging from 0 to 100. We further measure approach biases for all selected foods based on the RT and force in the AAT.

All outcomes are measured during a three-day baseline phase of ecological momentary assessment (EMA) immediately before the start of the intervention and a three-day phase of EMA immediately after the intervention phase. A single follow-up measurement takes place four weeks after completion of the intervention phase.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Dietary intentions are measured with the same method and schedule as intake and craving.
