Staff nurses working in various departments of Shree Krishna Hospital
Nursing students (B.Sc. and GNM) of Shri G H Patel School and College of Nursing
Exclusion Criteria
Staff nurses with less than 6 months of experience
Staff Nurses and nursing students who are already practicing any of the relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation.
Nurses who are approaching retirement during the period of study
Nurses in their second trimester of pregnancy
Staff Nurses and nursing students with complaints of lower back pain
Staff Nurses and nursing students with seizures disorders
