- •Patient Undergoing Abdominal Hysterectomy
- •Gender: Female
- •ASA Physical Status Ð?, Ii & Iii
- •BMI <= 30kg/M2
排除标准
- •Patients Refusing Consent
- •BMI >30 Kg/M2
- •Age >80 Years <40 Years
- •Peripheral Neuropathy
- •Allergy to Local Anesthetics
- •ASA Physical Status > Iii
- •History of Acid Peptic Disease
- •Hypersensitivity to Any Component of Patch or Injection.
- •Contraindications of Regional Anesthesia
- •Local Site Infection
- •Coagulation Disorder
- •Previous Nerve Injury
- •Psychiatry Illness
- •Uncoperative Patient.
