- •Have a diagnosis of COPD
- •- Be admitted to hospital for an acute exacerbation of their COPD
- •- Aged 40 years and older
- •- Able to read and speak English
排除标准
- •- Life expectancy less than 6 months
- •- Comorbidities which preclude exercise training
- •- Inability to follow verbal instructions, suffer from cognitive impairment, or have language difficulties
- •- Unable to provide informed consent
