入选标准
- •(1) Initial diagnosis of untreated colon carcinoma (NOS), UICC stage I – II, R0
- •(2) Treatment in the University Hospital Augsburg or in one of the partner hospitals
- •(3) Availability of sufficient tumor material (paraffin block and/or fresh tissue) or sections
- •(4) Written consent from the patient to participate in the study
排除标准
- •(1) Neoadjuvant therapy of colon carcinoma
- •(2) Patients unable to consent
- •(3) Insufficient understanding of the German language
- •(4) Patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease
- •(5) Patients with hereditary colorectal cancer syndromes (such as Lynch syndrome, familial adenomatous polyposis)
