- •participants who are involved in regular football training sessions at least 3 times per
- •week since last 1 year.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) History of musculoskeletal injury to back, shoulder, elbow and lower limb in previous six
- •2\) History of cardio respiratory or neurological problem that may affect the performance in test
