American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) 1-2
- Elective surgery
- Patients undergoing POEM (Peroral endoscopic myomectomy) surgery
- Patients who recieved written informed consent to participate to this study
- Patients who refused to participate in the study
- Patients with chronic renal failure, severe cardiopulmonary compromise
- Patients with allergies to the drug
- Patients who are deemed unfit to participate in the examination by the medical staff for other reasons
(Pregnancy, long-term use of analgesics or sedatives, history of alcoholism or drug addiction)
- Patients who can not voluntarily agree
