Inclusion Criteria
Patients with a confirmed medical diagnosis of cancer; over 18 years of age; with clinical and cognitive conditions to participate in this research; who had at least three cycles of chemotherapy treatment to be performed
Exclusion Criteria
Those who do not have minimal cognitive conditions to participate; those in a terminal situation or palliative care

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluate coping with cancer after the inclusion of a spiritual practice/intervention, assessed by the Problem Coping Mode Scale (EMEP). Data collected before the intervention and after 6 sessions of the spiritual intervention (for the experimental group) and in an equal period for the control group. To assess whether there was better coping with the disease because of the intervention, changes in the scores of the EMEP scale were evaluated, comparing them with the scores of the control group.<br>At the end of the study, the intervention group scores were compared to the control group and statistically no differences were observed in the coping score between the groups.
