Male aged between 17-22 years;
College athletes have participated in sports training for more than 3 years;
BMF: 100-150KG;
BME: 90-180 seconds
BMI: 18.5≤BMI<24;
No back injury in the last 6 months;
No smoking in the last 1 week;
No alcohol in the last 1 week;
No current health problems.
Cannot obey the instructions of the experiment;
Scare or do not agree to draw off blood;
Having been received any form of psychological treatment;
Back muscle dysfunctions (such as Myofasciitis and Back muscle strain);
Spine diseases (such as intervertebral disc displacement, ankylosing spondylitis, and lumbar bone hyperplasia, etc.).
