1) Men and women over 19 years old
2) Patients with shoulder pain of more than 1 month due to shoulder pain (rotary cuff disease, adhesive arthritis, calcific tendinitis, etc.)
3) Those who have a cognitive function that can accurately express the pain area and extent
4) A person who fully understands the purpose and procedure of the research and wishes to participate in the clinical research through voluntary consent.
1) Those who do not meet the age standard
2) Suspected cervical neuromyopathy on physical examination
3) Those who have had shoulder surgery within the last 6 months
4) Those who have received injection in the shoulder within the last month
5) A person who deems the researcher unsuitable for participation in clinical research due to other reasons
