Inclusion Criteria

  • •One lung anaesthesia
  • •Intraoperative hypotension requiring fluid bolus/ vasopressor/ blood products \& requiring a decrease in anaesthetic delivered
  • •Usage of Air/O2 mix:
  • •ICU patient/ Emergency patient

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.refusal of consent
  • •2\.ongoing psychiatric medication
  • •3\.altered sensorium
  • •4\. language barrier.
